The Restaurant

At “Bigattiera”
(the name means “silkworm nursery”) cuisine is still as it used to be, including hand-made pasta.
Chianina meat coming from the farm is cooked in a simple way, in order to enhance taste and organoleptic features.
Moreover, vegetables
from the kitchen-garden are used.
Many proposals are available to make up several possible menus, and cooking lessons can be arranged upon request.
